BOQ2RFQ is a productivity tool that helps structure selected BOQ and procurement text and prepare draft RFQ wording.
2. Verification is required
BOQ2RFQ may misclassify an item, miss a specification, or produce an incomplete checklist. Users remain responsible for checking quantities, units, specifications, drawings, contract requirements, approvals, commercial terms and supplier enquiries before relying on or sending generated content.
3. No professional or contractual advice
Outputs are not engineering, quantity surveying, legal, contractual, safety or procurement advice and do not replace qualified professional review.
4. Authorized information only
You should use BOQ2RFQ only with information you are permitted to access and process. Do not use it to disclose confidential, restricted or third-party information contrary to your obligations.
